About Speaker: Mufazzal

Assistant Vice President - Marketing Analytics TeamHDFC Bank

He has close to 12 years of analytics experience across domains – Banking, Market research and Retail. Worked as an analytics consultant for international banks - Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Royal Bank of Scotland and Westpac, Australia.

In his current role, he is developing analytical framework for the bank by understanding customer behavior and targeting specific customers through effective channels of communication.

He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University, USA and an Engineering degree in Production Engineering from Mumbai University.
