1. The submissions will close on September 30th, 2024, 23:59 IST (GMT +5:30 hrs)
2. You are free to make as many submissions as you want. But don’t make multiple submissions of the same article.
3. You are not allowed to re-publish any of your articles elsewhere.
4. We monitor the traffic on each article regularly. Analytics Vidhya holds the right to remove all suspicious traffic.
5. Analytics Vidhya has the right to disqualify/reject any submission.
6. The decision for all the awards, as declared by Analytics Vidhya, would be final.
7. While submitting an article the author agrees to take the responsibility and liability of taking due permissions from the respective sources from where they are taking the illustrations(data, tables, figures) which are propriety or not free to use or belonging to some other publication (any scientific journal, paper or article) elsewhere. 
8. Analytics Vidhya under no circumstances will be held responsible for unauthorized usage of content (parts of your article, illustrations, tables, charts) copied from other sources. The article will be taken down if any claim about any content in your article is made, by the authentic sources and the claim is found to be reasonable.

Content:

• The title must be catchy and crisp within 80 characters 
• The article must have use cases or code based, not too theoretical.
• Mandatory to include the dataset link/source from where the readers can access the dataset used in the article
• Add references in your article.

Images

• Please keep the size of all images less than 200KB
• While taking screenshots of the images, avoid giving EXTRA white space, as it disturbs the aesthetics of the article
• Add Caption to the images
• Source of images to be mentioned in the below format and centrally aligned: Source: Research Gate

Strict No’s

• Articles on already published topics with no unique factor won’t be shortlisted.
• Marketing collateral, customer testimonials, or posts that visibly promote a product/service/company/individual will be rejected.
• No external links in the article will be allowed to promote certain products or services.
• An article published on our website becomes an intellectual property of Analytics Vidhya. However, the author is responsible for the authenticity of the content and image. Thus, if you wish to reuse or refer to it in your content, please seek permission from the editorial team.

As mentioned above, we continue to publish "Guides". Guides are intended to be a one-stop resource on specific topics in Machine Learning, Deep learning, Generative AI and related topics. Since we receive multiple entries for Guides, only one Guide per topic will be published.

Note: The final consideration of a guide is an editorial decision which is based on how unique your guide's topic is and how comprehensively you have explained all components of that topic.
