Despite the profusion of data, the ability to make meaningful decisions and take business-critical actions is not improving. At the heart of the problem is the Knowledge Gap and closing the Knowledge Gap is no simple task. Doing so requires the resources and technology to put that data to work.

Kunal Jain, founder of Analytics Vidhya is an IIT Bombay graduate and has 10+ years of Global Business Analytics experience. His work experience ranges from mature markets like UK to a developing market like India.
In his last engagement before starting up, he had set up and scaled up a Business Analytics & Intelligence team in a multi-national Insurance company.
Always keen to learn the next technological disruption, he can have passionate discussions about gadgets, automobiles, technology and health (although the amount of discussions on health has no correlation with his own fitness!) at any time of the day.
Products & Data Sciences
Raj Vardhan has about 7 years of experience working with Fortune 100 companies as well startups across the globe consulting on data, tech and product. He is currently the lead data scientist and head of analytics & Inferences at Simpl. In addition, he also co-owns the consumer facing part of the product along-with consumer centric risk. In his last 3+ years at Simpl, he has been responsible for building the initial versions of underwriting models, fraud detection models and the in-house ML platform for at-scale training and deployment of models.
His major interest area lies in working with businesses on Data Science Adoption, behavioral sciences and designing intelligent product flows. Also, he puts his faith in Bayesians more often than he does on Frequentists.

Sr. Software Engineer
Manikanta Prasanth is a Senior Software Engineer at MiQ, helping the team build a scalable, low latency marketing intelligence application. His expertise lies in creating high-performance web applications with a keen eye on aesthetics. His passion for building web applications comes from his 1+ years stint at Bank of America. He took this passion to the next level when he co-founded BlynQ, a Digital Signage platform to help businesses drive in-house marketing.
He is fascinated by the latest tech developments and spends his spare time figuring out how to use them in different areas. One such recent endeavour was his experiment with Blockchain technology and its application to digital advertising.
Sharan is a Product Analyst at MiQ, helping the team build a one-of-a kind marketing intelligence platform called AiQx. He started his career in analytics at Mu Sigma where he helped a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company solve their business challenge using data-driven decisions. In his early stint at MiQ, he was responsible for using data analytics to drive KPIs for digital advertising campaigns with subsequent extraction of valuable insights for major agencies in APAC. With the vast experience obtained from managing campaigns, Sharan now dives into big data to unearth industry wide advertising trends to help internal as well as external agencies refine their marketing strategies.
He is also an avid Hearthstone player and likes to compete in the ladder, experiment with various strategies, and improve his gameplay. His proudest achievement in the game is having been consistently placed in the top 1% since the past few months.
