The road to career success in data science is often a bumpy one and an industry expert as a mentor can very well be the missing piece that can make the journey smoother.

Calling out all experts in Data Science, AI and ML, here is an opportunity for you to give back to the community by becoming Mentors and sharing your valuable knowledge. 

Become a mentor with Analytics Vidhya’s new Initiative in association with SuperPro.AI, “Share and Empower”. Becoming a mentor and giving back to the community, and helping those in need of mentorship will definitely bolster the Data Science community as a whole and make it grow faster. 

SuperPro.AI is the platform where mentees can book the mentorship slots with the mentors, attend the mentorship session remotely with their desired mentors without any hassle.

Am I ready to be a mentor?

Don’t worry if you have never mentored anyone before, you can start now with “Share and Empower”. All you need is confidence in yourself and the skills you possess. You need some relevant experience in Data Science and not a fancy degree to be eligible for becoming a mentor. If you have the zeal to help others and the will to give back to the community, Yes! You are ready to be a mentor.

What after I register to become a mentor?

• Analytics Vidhya will do the screening and selection based on the profiles
• Selected mentors for the “Share and Empower” will be notified via email
• Mentors will be asked for their availability
• Mentors will be showcased on the “Share and Empower” listing page
• Mentees can book 30 minutes slots with Experts for mentorship
• The mentorship Video sessions will be hosted over SuperPro.AI platform on the designated time

How to Apply for becoming a Mentor in the “Share and Empower” initiative?

Data science members from Analytics Vidhya’s community can become mentors and share their knowledge with others in one on one video call sessions. The experts can dedicate a few hours every week free of cost to “Pay It Forward” to millions of professionals who are in urgent need to reskill or upskill.

Steps to apply:

1. Click on the Register Button, a registration form will open

2. If you are not a registered user of Analytics Vidhya, you will be asked to Signup

3. After Signing up and email confirmation, open the “Share and Empower” Registration form

4. Populate your detail in the form and submit the form

That’s all you need to do for applying to become a mentor.
