- Multi-task and develop Next gen capabilities in OCR, NLP, Image & Video Analytics
- Focus on building end to end Data Sciences products using Azure Dev Ops platform
- Research on technological advancements and mentor the Data Scientists on the same

Work involves:
- Conceptualize analytical solutions for the business problems at hand
- End to end development and deployment of machine learning/deep learning models
- Actively involved in solution design multiple projects and mentor data scientists - Working with the Senior Manager to create a project plan, and tracking it throughout the project
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
- Should be able to quantify the impact, design and continuously implement improvements and align with stakeholders
- Drive cross functional connect with business teams to build transformation plans and design analytical roadmap to achieve the same
- Research on advanced and better ways of solving the problems \and inculcating best practices within the tea

Challenges
- Understand the business problem and the constraints and consider wide range of deep learning & machine learning algorithms to finalize the most appropriate one for the problem at hand
- Answer any questions from BUs satisfactorily so they have confidence on the results delivered
- Work with Analytics Manager to deliver within constraints of the project like budget, resources, timelines, etc.

- Projects delivered in time, in budget and without business disruption
- Generated business value signed off by country research stakeholders
- Questions from business stakeholders answered satisfactorily within agreeable time

- QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Please list the following requirements
Level of educational attainment required:
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research or any other quantitative analysis
Previous work experience required
- 6+ years’ experience with advanced analytics, predictive modelling and machine learning Hands-on experience building complex statistical models in some of the following: Supervised – Classification, Regression, Forecasting, Unsupervised – Clustering, Anomaly detection, Linear and Non-linear Optimization L1/L2 Regularization
- Well versed with working with complex datasets, machine learning and DL libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch etc
- Experienced with word embeddings (word2vec, glove)
- Capable of building insightful visualizations in Python, R and Julia
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure dev ops
- CPG experience preferred with a demonstrated history of end-to-end solution deployment (conceptualizing-development-deployment)
- Experience of leading teams will be an added advantage
- Experience in Deep learning techniques will be preferred
