The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating data driven solutions that at the core are driven by relevant learning algorithms. This is a quintessentially pivotal role in the world on ML, AI & Management as the individual is typically the key person who have not only manage core technical requirements but also acts as the primary support system for the Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as the de facto Team Lead supporting the Project Manager
2. Plays a key role in designing and vetting of project solutions
3. Complete accountability for delivering 1-2 projects from conception to implementation
4. Managing the team of Associates and Senior Associates
5. Interviewing client intelligently to learn important figures and gather requirements
6. Managing project timing, client expectations and meeting deadlines
7. Creating smart & impactful PowerPoint presentations
8. Playing proactive role in business development (preparing sales collaterals, pitch documents etc.) and organization building (training, recruitment etc.)
9. Presentation of results to the client and discuss further opportunities within/outside the project along with maintaining documentation and reports
10. Plan deliverables and milestones for the project that you are responsible for
11. Provide business analysis and business area assessment
12. Facilitate meetings within the team on regular basis
13. Track and report team hours
14. Work with team to estimate work effort
15. Understand the work methodology and be an active participant in strengthening the team
16. Liaising with coworkers and clients on several projects
17. Commitment to learning and continuous personal improvement
18. The candidate should be able to work under tight timelines with minimal supervision

Skill Requirements:

Mandatory/Required Skills

• Expert at solution design and storyboarding using PowerPoint
• Expert in Excel and/or VBA
• Comfortable with statistical applications, machine learning and deep learning models
• Domain expertise on multiple Industry / Function – Examples: Hi Tech, FMCG, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, Sales etc.
• Technical capabilities one or more – Regression, Classification, Clustering, Bayesian Theorems, Natural Language Processing etc.
• SQL, MSFT PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with Statistical Packages – R and/or Python, PySpark, Scala – must be able to guide the team to write optimized codes

Good to have/Preferred Skills

• Some knowledge of Cloud Data Modelling Environments & elements like AWS Sagemaker, S3 buckets, Azure Data Bricks, MLOPS etc.
• Basic knowledge or expertise with Big Data Environments such as Hadoop or Hive

Qualifications & Experience:

The candidate must have 4 to 7 years of experience in a computer vision role and should have attained bachelor’s degree in computer vision engineer or related field (BTech/BE or MSc or MBA or MTech in Stats, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or any other quantitative discipline). Relevant analytics experience in Retail, E-Commerce, Telecom, BFSI or any other domain will be beneficial.
