Position Summary	This position would require efficient use of data to solve different business problems. Identify and develop data backed solutions in consultation with Product teams and senior management. Drive data related deliveries by applying Data science and analytics, AI and ML Modelling to provide analytical solutions. This role requires team management, provide technical support and guidance to team and individual contribution on strategic problems

Responsibilities

• Drive data backed decisioning for developing solutions with respect to products, processes, marketing, offers, communications, loan approval, wallet usage, product penetration, etc. which can help management take strategic actions impacting revenue
• Mining data and reorganizing data in a format that can be easily read and understood by others
• Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics, reports for executive leadership
• Use data for developing data backed solutions for marketing, cross sell, customer engagement
• Collaborate with programmers, engineers, data scientists and sr. leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies using data
• Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand data analysis
• Use Machine Learning / Deep learning methodologies to solve complex problems
• Identify opportunities to use data and improve business outcomes using Analytical techniques
• Create methodologies to utilize sparse data for use cases in marketing and risk
• Establish relationships between customer data, events etc. for increasing profitability
• Derive variables like share of wallet, propensity to buy (when, where, how), repay, bureau, etc.
• Create metrics to evaluate performance of the solutions created, processes optimized
• Analyze data extensively and communicate findings to senior management

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate / Post-graduate from tier 1 college
• 5+ years of experience in Data science and analytics.
• Experience in team handling and stake holder management
• Experience in handling large volumes of data
• Experience in analytics projects in BFSI preferred
• Expert in complex SQL queries, python good to have
• Experience in AI/ML projects is recommended
• Analytical reporting on Tableau/Power BI
