Job Description
Dynamic, Fast-growing, Entrepreneurial Data Science Solutions Company seeking data Scientists! If you’ve got entrepreneurial spirit and passion, are driven by results, and want to be a part of significant growth, we’re looking for you!
The four main areas of focus will be:
Requirements
Proficient & hands-on in Python is a must.
Good Understanding Machine Learning and advanced analytical techniques such as predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, text mining, geospatial analytics, time series forecasting, optimization and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
Must have thorough mathematical knowledge of correlation/causation, decision trees, classification and regression models, recommenders, probability and stochastic processes, distributions, priors and posteriors.
Good understanding of software engineering principles and fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
Knowledge on distributed environments with technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive etc is preferred.
Knowledge on NoSQL datastores like Cassandra, Elasticsearch, HBase, MongoDB is preferred.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills on both technical and non-technical topics.
Must have excellent general analytical & problem solving skills.
