They must be built on strong technical foundations. We’re looking for a Machine Learning Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will: 

• Work with business stakeholders to identify business opportunities that may result from machine learning. 
• Clearly define the hypothesis, gate criteria and success criteria 
• Analyze raw data to determine the best features to consider 
• Perform data cleansing and preparational activities
• Write SQL extracts of data to feed the models 
• Develop, validate and refine models using Python or R
• Produce data visualizations of outcomes 
• Fully document your approach and results 
• Demonstrate the results of the model to executive business leaders 
• Work with solution architects to define operational integration of models 
• Validate that models perform as expected in an operational setting 

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics: 

• Minimum 3+ years working experience in Machine Learning.
• Able to rapidly come up to speed on a client’s core business. 
• Good communication skills with client handling experience.
• 2+ years of experience with deep learning solutions either computer vision, NLP or speech.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow & Keras
• Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
• BS/BE in Computer Sciences, Math, Statistics or related field.

Following characteristics would be a plus:

• Azure Data Scientist or any other recognized certification.
• Kaggle Profile with relevant projects
• Experience on Azure Machine Learning Services Or AWS SageMaker
