Job Description – Data Analytics (Manager)

Company’s Overview

Clix Capital is a new age NBFC revolutionizing the lending space by offering differentiated digital lending products driven by technology and  deep analytics. It offers a range of lending products to a varied spectrum of customers across the MSME and consumer segment including  Personal loans, MSME loans, Healthcare loans, mortgage finance, and K-12 school financing. 

Clix is co-founded by industry veterans Mr. Pramod Bhasin and Mr. Anil Chawla, and backed by a private equity fund AION Capital Partners Limited (an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, LLC – one of the largest alternate investment managers globally with AUM of $513 billion).  Mr. Bhasin is the founder of Genpact and the former CEO of GE Capital India and Asia; and Mr. Chawla has been the former CEO of GE Capital  India and Asia’s Commercial Finance Business. 

Together Mr. Bhasin, Mr. Chawla and AION jointly acquired the commercial lending and leasing business of GE Capital India in September 2016  and rechristened it Clix Capital.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Acquisition Scorecards using Advance Machine Learning Algorithms and identify new opportunities. ∙ Hands-on experience on various programming languages, such as Python, SQL and tools like Excel, exposure of banking data  (preferred). 
• 1 to 2 years hand-on experience on various machine-learning techniques like Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Decision Tree,  XGBoost etc.
• Identify alternate data sources for improvisation of existing models.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to draw conclusions and identify trends.
• Proactive Risk Management through Early Warning Models using Internal and External data
• Design innovative Analytical Solutions for Proactive Risk Management
• Process and Operational Risk Management
• Portfolio Analytics and Segmentation for Policy Reviews
• Collaborate with Business Teams to identify the problem and with Tech Team for solution deployment
• Design Dashboards for Performance Monitoring
• Collaborate with Vendors and Fin-Tech Partners to identify applicable solutions for Process Digitalization & Improvisation

Experience: 1-2 years different machine learning tools.
