Data Engineer - CL: 9B

Job description

Needs to experience in US Healthcare, and understand the business requirement and ensure delivery as per expected standards.

Key responsibilities include: -

• Develop a strong rapport with the client, understand their needs and create solutions that meets their requirement
• Needs to be proficient with data analysis and financial modelling to help drive cost saving / optimization projects.
• Responsible for doing the financial modelling and tracking the effectiveness of the investments, as well as flagging deviation from financial plans and misses
• Mentor the team and guide them on difficult situations
• Hold regular meetings with the client at agreed-upon intervals and ensure that the team is aligned with the client needs at all time
• Up-skill self with the latest advances in healthcare domain

Skills required:

• More than 8+ years of overall Business experience
• Medicare & Medicaid Knowledge is required
• Understanding of Contact Center operations is must
• Knowledge of RPA is a plus
• Hands-on experience in mining large datasets using SQL/SAS
• Experience in Financial modelling , forecasting and planning, data mining
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Essential skills

• Hands-on experience in data handling tools like SQL, SAS, Power BI & Tableau
• Healthcare, Project Management, Client Interactions
• Must have handled teams and been in a Managerial role for at least 3 years
• Contact Center operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Adherence to timeliness
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Detail oriented

Experience: 8 to 10 years of Overall Experience. Modelling experience Preferred

Educational qualifications: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate
