Work Experience

Total: 3-8 yrs
Machine Learning: 3-5 yrs
Required Skills:

• Strong working knowledge in Python
• Expert Level Proficiency with DL libraries - TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, ML libraries - Sklearn, SciPy, Pandas, Numpy, H2o
• Neural Networks, Deep Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks, Convolutional Neural Networks, Generative Adversarial Networks
• XGBoost, LightGBM, Ensemble Methods, Clustering Algorithms, Hidden Markov Chain, Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine, Naïve Bayes
• IN-DEPTH knowledge of algorithm’s - behavior, parameters, tuning-approach, time complexity, business use-case applicability
• Broad-based business awareness
• Unsupervised Learning-based anomaly detection and good to have worked on Fraud Analytics application
• End to End Model deployment and improvement by learning from new data
• Added Advantage: Mathematical understanding of Algorithms & Advanced understanding / implementation of NLP techniques
• Ability to develop and build a client base
• Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal communication and management experience
• Strong project management, team management and decision making skills

Job Purpose

Within the Risk Advisory practice, the Analytics group is designed to take a risk based, analytics approach help clients improve performance and operating efficiency. We work closely and collaboratively with our clients, providing the full range of analytics services. Supporting statutory and Internal Auditors to be effective and efficient through usage of analytics. Beyond this, significant part of the services is in Risk Assessment, Control Compliance, CFO dashboard, solving business problem through analytics for respective Industry vertical through CCM / CTM, Contract Risk and Compliance

Key Job Responsibilities

Build the machine learning capability (resource pool) and credential for analytics practice and operationalize the integration with other existing market offerings.

Also responsible for the following on an ongoing basis

• Play lead role in driving machine learning projects
• Understand business requirements to translate into analytics construct
• Manage large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Help deploy analytics solutions and enable tracking of business outcomes
• Keep up with cutting edge machine learning and deep learning analytics techniques and tools
• Direct Project teams consisting of analysts & consultants
• Effective utilization and resource management
• Mitigate the risks associated with successful project completion
• Client/Customer engagement & management
• Assist in developing/coaching individuals technically during the project
• Sell new and "add-on" business to clients
• Develop proposals
• Responsible for oversight or advisee training and development program
