Product / Business Analytics - Asst. Manager / Manager : 

• Defining digital Lending Flow / Onboarding Process, Data Capture (Request & Response), Validations, API Integrations 
• Funnel Analytics, Cross Sell Analytics, Referral Program
• Stakeholder Management, BRD, Process Document, P&L Management
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, (R, Python will be an added advantage)
• Storytelling, Structural Thinking, Problem Solver
• MBA, Work Ex: 2-3 Yrs.
  
  

Who should Apply? 

• Who have made at least 1-2 projects live, seen the complete cycle from ideation to prototype, can think about all the possible scenario from robustness perspective 
• Know how to explain the requirement to tech, digital, marketing, UI/UX designer and off-course handled implementation end to end
• Strong believer of capitalising the current eco-system available rather coming up with ideas which involves lot of tech development
• Should have ability to articulate thoughts, visualise how the journey and process will look like and how it be different from existing one/others
• Candidate with No / Less online certifications
• Candidate with Non-Premier Institute
• Candidate who have lost their job due to pandemic
