Kira Studio  (https://kirastudio.xyz/) is a web3 software product studio focusing on building revolutionary businesses. We are recruiting Data/Research Scientist for one of our groups that is building an automated infrastructure on Web3 that allows users to offer their resources securely to the liquidity pools and earn a fee on every successful exchange

Key job responsibilities:

• Design optimization models given a set of decision variables and constraints to achieve pre-defined objectives
• Design predictive models based on micro and macro indicators from the industry
• Identify effective metrics to evaluate and demonstrate the trade-offs between potentially competing objectives
• Continually evaluate the performance and take corrective measures
• Present analysis in standard reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with the development team to automate the predictive and optimization models

Mandatory Requirements:

• 4+ years' work experience in Optimization Modelling/ Advanced Analytics/ Demand Forecasting/ Operations Research
  
• Efficiency in advanced Excel, Python/R
  
• Exposure to SQL and optimization software/libraries
  
• Know-how of data visualization tools
  
• Expert understanding of best practices to handle extremely large volume of data

Preferred Requirements:

• Advanced degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related quantitative discipline)
  
• Optimization modelling experience in Blockchain/Forex/Banking/Inventory planning etc.
  
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations
  
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels in the organization, often in virtual teams spread across multiple time zones.
