Core Delivery of Role

• Conduct detailed analysis, create segments, run predictive models to discover patterns in multiple, large and seemingly unconnected data points and turn them into actionable, business-critical insights. She/he will need to work in team environment to tackle the business problem with an analytical and investigative mindset.

• Collaborate in cross-functional environment involving Business/Product/Campaign/IT-BSG teams to operationalize and monitor the effectiveness of the analytical solution. 

• Develop domain knowledge through continuous interaction with business stakeholders. 

• Actively contribute to the continuous learning mindset of the organization by bringing in new ideas and perspectives
  
  

Required Skill Set

• Excellent knowledge of leading data mining tools like SAS, R, or Python with inclination in programming/ scripting. 
• Knowledge on Visual BI tools like Tableau, MS Power BI, SAS VA, etc. will be an added advantage. 
• Excellent logical thinking for problem solving.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills will be a plus. 
  
  

Preferred Education & Experience

• Graduate in Statistics/Mathematics/Engineering/Business.
• Prior 1-2 years of experience in data management and/or analytics will be given preference
