Role:Data: Data Analyst with Bi Skills (Europe -L2)

Location: Chennai

Job Description:

• Designing and implementing analytical projects that drive business goals and decisions leveraging structured and unstructured data. 
• Work closely with business leaders to understand and focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
• Work with the business's departmental heads, management, and key stakeholders to develop detailed business requirements, conduct gap analysis, create functional designs, and guide the business's leadership through analytical data processing when needed.
• Provide quantitative/qualitative data analysis, which brings out insights and trends pertaining to business performance Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources/tables to drive insights Use advanced analytics to improve processes and provide data-driven results Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Independently handle the delivery of analytics assignments .
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources. We are generating a compelling story from insights and trends in a complex data environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 to 6 years’ experience
• Data Engineer Skills: Python, R, Advanced SQL, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker.
• Good to have: Experience working with cloud-based stacks (Databricks, Snowflake), Alteryx.
• Workflow Designer. Basic understanding of any cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Strong Communication / Storytelling / Presentation skills
