Job Description:

Our team is looking for an excellent Data Analytics Engineer to join a core group that designs the industry’s leading Micro-Engagement Platform. This role involves working with data from different sources and modelling them towards integration with state of the art and industry leading analytics and visualization tools. As a specialist in Ushur Engineering team, your responsibilities will be to:

• Work with business and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver
• Understand data pipelines and associated technology stack
• Leverage data visualization tools like Sisense, Tableau etc to drive compelling data-driven stories
• Write quality ELT code for performance and maintainability 
• Conduct Root-cause analysis of data issues
• Be self-driven, constantly research and suggest latest technologies

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of experience working with databases (RDBMS and NoSQL).
• Expertise in working with distributed, Big data pipelines and ETL processes
• Good experience with tools like Sisense, Tableau, Qlik, Looker etc with knowledge of dashboard creation and customization
• Strong experience in Linux Operating System
• Solid knowledge of database concepts, SQL, and NoSql internals
• Exceptionally passionate about always keeping the product quality bar at an extremely high level
• Strong Python programming skills
